Use this document and the Lexile chart to identify your students' readiness for grade-level Lexile targets. Simply find the grade of your student, then look for the Lexile range in the on-track columns.
This chart, along with the College and Career Action plan, can help you identify students who are most in need of additional support and provide those resources early in the school year.
